Inspired To Grow (ITG) is an educational ministry based in Lake County, FL, specializing in training and development in four specific areas of growth: spiritual, academic, financial, and professional. The owners of our faith-based organization are educators and ministers with extensive training in all of these areas that are looking to share their knowledge with others.

ITG was founded with a single goal in mind—to provide purposeful growth opportunities for our clients. Throughout the years, we have helped countless individuals achieve better versions of themselves with our rewarding counseling, coaching, and training. About Us

Winston and Rita Simon, Owners and Managers
We are both established educators and ordained ministers who have extensive experience in educational and church leadership. We currently serve as assistant pastors under the leadership of Dr. Tony and Mrs. Jodie McCoy at Hope International Church in Groveland, Florida.
As educators, our passion for education and learning has taken us both to post-secondary education in Jamaica, Bermuda, Canada, and the United States. Through this, we have earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in education, psychology, sociology, theology, and post-graduate Education Specialist degrees.
As educators, our passion for education and learning has taken us both to post-secondary education in Jamaica, Bermuda, Canada, and the United States. Through this, we have earned Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in education, psychology, sociology, theology, and post-graduate Education Specialist degrees.
We both hold Professional Educators Certificates with the State of Florida Department of Education and served in classroom and administrative roles in Lake County for the past 18 years.

  • Dave Ramsey Certified Financial Coach
We have conducted a vast array of instructional strategies and leadership training for educators and marriage seminars and retreats on an international level.
